Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your name and email address
• The league format you play (dynasty, redraft, etc.), if you share it
• A referral code we generate for you, and, if someone referred you, a link to their entry
• Where you came from (e.g. a campaign link), if applicable

We don't collect payment information, and we don't use ad trackers or analytics cookies. A copy of your referral code is kept in your browser's local storage so we can show your live position when you come back.

To hold your place in line, track your referral standing, and send you one email when terminal access opens. We may also send occasional updates about the product before then. That's it — nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Waitlist data is stored in the same Supabase (Postgres) project that runs the DEGEN app, hosted on Vercel. Emails are sent through Resend. None of these vendors gets access beyond what's needed to run the waitlist.

Email hello@lonelyheartsclub.xyz to see, correct, or delete what we have on you. We'll handle it directly, no ticket system.

If this changes once the app is live (it will, more data means a fuller policy), we'll update this page and the date at the top.
